BEHIND THE LENS

In the late 60's Andrew's passion for photography was ignited with his very first film camera, a 120 Diana. Since then he has traveled far and wide from Australia throughout the United States and across Canada to find a home on Vancouver Island.

He has seen the transformation of the industry from film to digital and from the classic timeless portrait style of the 80's to the more casual, off the cuff style of today.

His love of photography has produced four published books , hundreds of weddings, and commissioned pieces from the oil and gas sector, marine and travel industry.

As a versatile and creative photographer, his wedding style is a hybrid of timeless and classic portraiture and the more dynamic contemporary style of shooting on the fly to capture those fleeting moments of joy and elation.
