           BEHIND THE LENS

​In the late 60's Andrew's passion for photography was ignited with his very first camera, a 120 Diana. He shot his first wedding in the mid 1980's and has been shooting ever since!

He has seen the transformation of the industry from medium format to 35mm and from film to digital. Over the decades since, he has traveled far and wide from his home Down Under to find a home on Vancouver Island.

His love of photography has produced four published books , hundreds of weddings, and commissioned pieces from the oil and gas sector, marine and travel industry.

Andrew is also the owner of Beacon Sign and Apparel in Sidney.

As a versatile and creative photographer, his wedding style is a hybrid of timeless and romantic portraiture and the more casual style of today.
